• Not access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) except via our published API
• Not resell, sublicense, or share your account with unauthorized users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the Service.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during signup. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and continue using the Service through the end of your billing period.
• Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (dispatching, quoting, route optimization, follow-ups). AI outputs are suggestions and tools — not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated quotes, dispatching decisions, and communications before they are sent to your customers. SnapJobAI is not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by SnapJobAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your payment fails after reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days after termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapJobAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapJobAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
