How does the trial work?
Create a workspace and use the core workflows for 14 days without entering a card. Choose a plan in Billing to continue making changes after the trial.
Do you charge per user?
Starter includes 5 workspace members, Professional includes 20, and Business supports larger teams. All plans include the same core workflows.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
The workspace owner can manage subscriptions in the Stripe billing portal. The portal shows applicable charges and when a change takes effect before confirmation.
How do customer payments work?
Connect your business Stripe account to accept card payments through a secure hosted checkout. Stripe processing fees apply separately. You can also record cash, checks, or payments taken elsewhere.
Are accounting integrations and financing included?
QuickBooks, Xero, customer financing, custom workflow automation, and demand forecasting are not included in this release.
